Ayşesu Çelik

Ayşesu is an experienced design strategist and facilitator. After she completed her BA in Economics at Bogazici University, she attended Designation, a digital design bootcamp in Chicago, where she worked with tech startups on UX research and design. In 2016, she joined ATÖLYE’s multidisciplinary team as experience and learning designer. As a human-centered design practitioner, she worked on projects of various scales ranging from digital design to product-service-system design, to spatial design across multiple sectors. Some of the clients of these projects included Vehbi Koç Vakfı, ERG, Özel Sezin Okulları, TEB, Turkcell, Garanti, Mercedes and Zorlu. As a learning designer and facilitator, she designed and facilitated innovation programs for both corporate professionals and social innovators.

In 2018, she founded ara studio. At ara studio, she continues to develop social-impact focused innovation projects, leading design research & strategy. Blending and creating a wide range of innovation methods, she designs and facilitates innovation processes and learning experiences for both corporate and entrepreneurial teams.
