Aysu Güneş

I am attorney at law working in the fields of contracts law, intellectual property, litigation matters concerning contractual and commercial disputes.

My work mainly focuses on establishing legal departments in start-ups (i.e x-topia, ATÖLYE). I also conduct IP Law 101 & 102 workshops for artists and communities (i.e. Futurate - CBC Business Cup, Fam) and Contract Literacy 101 & 102 workshops for companies (i.e ATÖLYE)

I also mediate the disputed parties.

I completed my LLM degree at Maastricht University on Intellectual Property and Knowledge Management with a thesis submission on Valuation of IP Assets. I graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law.
