I have solid experience in design thinking, lean start-up, agile delivery, and liberating structure methods.

As a facilitator, I’ve experienced; Designing and facilitating transformative learning programs for top talents in organizations. I design different lengths and densities of experiential learning workshops for various clients. I also help teams as innovation coach to strive for greater results by introducing new tools and methods to them.

As a service designer, I’ve experienced in; Leading creative teams with agile methods, conducting problem framing work sessions with the team, conducting in depth research, synthesizing research and finding key strategic insights, designing and facilitating ideation sessions for the team, creating concepts, and designing low/mid-fidelity prototypes to test with the users.​

My dual experience of facilitation and design helped me achieve a great result by being a solid team member and project manager.
